These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Andaman Home Service platform at andamanhome.com, operated by Andaman Home ("we", "us"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform — The Andaman Home Service system for discovering, requesting, and managing home/property services.
- Customer — A user who requests services through the platform.
- Provider — A user who registers to offer services through the platform.
- Service Request — A booking or enquiry submitted by a customer.
3. Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts with false information, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
4. Role of the Platform
Andaman Home Service connects customers with independent service providers. We are not the employer of providers and are not the direct service provider unless explicitly stated. The service relationship is primarily between the customer and the provider.
5. Providers
Providers must submit accurate profile, document, and service area information, deliver services to a reasonable standard, and comply with applicable laws. We may verify documents and assign verification status, but we do not guarantee every job outcome.
6. Customers and Requests
Customers must provide clear job details, schedule preferences, and contact information. You must not submit fraudulent, illegal, or harmful requests. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated in advance as agreed with the provider.
7. Fees and Payment
Starting prices or budgets shown on the platform are indicative. Final pricing is agreed between customer and provider. Any payments follow the channels and terms agreed by both parties. We may introduce platform fees in the future with prior notice.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing use of the platform
- Offensive, abusive, or hateful content
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or access data without authorization
- Circumventing platform fees through bad-faith off-platform dealings (where applicable)
9. Intellectual Property
Platform content, branding, software, and design are owned by Andaman Home or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for provider performance, delays, or disputes between users, except where required by law. Please evaluate providers and requests carefully before proceeding.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access temporarily or permanently for violations, inappropriate reports, or system security reasons.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing them on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand shall have jurisdiction over related disputes.
